Rich is a biomedical engineer turned go-to-market leader and has scaled 4 separate companies 5-10X+, including 2 IPOs, 1 successful acquisition by Salesforce, and numerous funding rounds from top VCs. As an operator, Rich has unprecedented breadth, having navigated companies across Series A to Fortune 500, spanning SaaS/software to media/advertising to consumer, and going to market through large enterprise sales, inside sales, and online/PLG sales motions.

Rich was most recently Chief Revenue Officer for TripActions, a $5B travel and expense technology company, where he grew the company from <$5M run rate to $X00M run rate. He was named a 2021 Top 100 Global Sales Leader by The Modern Sale. Rich earned his degree in biomedical engineering from Yale University. He lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and two daughters.
