Outlaw + FileVine

Outlaw announced earlier this month that it would be acquired by FileVine, the leading cloud-based collaborative work solution for law firms. We saw Outlaw’s potential several years ago when we first met them and were lucky enough to lead a 2018 seed investment in the company. Since this investment, it has been great to watch Evan Schenyer and Dan Dalzotto as they have built a unique contract-management solution. Outlaw has made huge strides in modernizing contract life cycle management since its 2017 launch, and a merger with FileVine is a great outcome for both companies.

The combination of the FileVine/Outlaw product suite will be a formidable legal-tech offering capable of meeting a wide variety of use cases. We can’t wait to see the next chapter as Outlaw becomes part of the FileVine family. Congratulations to Evan, Dan, and the whole Outlaw team!
