Today, our friends over at Singulate unveiled their new AI native marketing platform in an post and video on LinkedIn. We recently led a $2.3MM round of funding into the business and are excited to see them take the cover off the product and growth engine they are building. Below are some details one what they are working on.
Who?
Singulate was founded by Dave Schools, John O’Gara, and Nico Klein. All three are tenured executives in the start-up world having most recently done a long tour of duty as co-founders and early team members at Hopin. They know the problem statement well having helped marketers, events teams, and agencies with the day to day challenges of marketing and communications. We ended up meeting the Singulate team through a Bowery Capital Fund I founder (Allen Gannett) and hit it off immediately with the team.
What?
In Dave's own words: "Singulate is the first generative AI personalization marketing platform - a mouthful way to say it’s the easiest way to segment and meaningfully personalize marketing emails - it lets marketers speak to the individual at scale for engagement. Singulate is designed not so much for persuasion for cold outreach, but for RELEVANCE for building longterm trust with customers. We’re introducing “generative personalization.” Internally, we refer to this as “singulation” — where the name comes from: to singulate means to “break off into one.” Singulated emails perform better than blast emails because they’re written specifically to the individual’s use case."
Why?
Today, marketing teams are switching in and out of tooling to solve their communication needs when talking to prospects and customers. Nothing is unified and everything is incongruous. While you have to squint a bit to see the future, this is ultimately what Singulate is looking to solve. Doing more with less. A singular view of the prospect and customer to solve your communication needs.
Where?
Singulate is a fully remote company.
